the breakfast was delicious!!! the location and access to garage parking were useful, and the bed was comfortable.
i was annoyed that i couldn't control the heating in the room. the temperature was too warm, even with the window open. it. they told me the air conditioning does not appear to work in winter, NOT CLEAR.

the rooms were so clean always. breakfast and dinner included food that felt home-cooked. the staff there smiled so gently and met my needs so sweetly. i hope to come again to this place.
the room was too cheap feeling. the shower was small. there wasnt amenities enough in the bathroom.

the metro station is across from the hotel it is very convenient. there are many restaurants and bars and historical attractions within walking distance. we were upgraded to a superior room it was big and very comfortable. veronica anna and shahnara at executive lounge and ray at the reception desk were very attentive.
the wellness area is limited to a not very warm pool and a sauna people do not hesitate to get naked in without embarrassment. there are no bathrobes in the room the changing room is very limited to change.
